Cancellations and Refund Policy

SKIP'S CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At SKIPTICK INC., we aim to provide a seamless ticketing experience for both event organizers and attendees. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Refunds for Events That Have Not Yet Occurred

• If an event has no restriction on refunds and has not yet taken place, ticket holders are eligible for a refund of the ticket price, excluding SKIPTICK INC. service fees and payment processing fees.

• To initiate a refund request, a Refund Request Form will be sent to you via WhatsApp or SMS. You must complete and submit this form for your refund to be processed. Once approved, the ticket price (minus fees) will be refunded to your original payment method.

2. Refunds for Past Events

• If the event has already taken place and the event organizer allows refunds, all refund requests will be managed by the event organizer unless SKIPTICK INC. has been specifically tasked to handle post-event refunds.

• If SKIPTICK INC. is authorized to manage refunds, you will receive a Refund Request Form via WhatsApp or SMS. Refunds will cover only the ticket price, excluding any service or processing fees.

3. Event Cancellations by the Organizer

• If an event is cancelled by the organizer, with or without a replacement event, SKIPTICK INC. will issue a refund for the ticket price, excluding service and processing fees, unless the organizer chooses to absorb the refund-related fees. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

• You will be notified of event cancellations via WhatsApp or SMS. A Refund Request Form will be sent through the same channels for you to complete in order to receive your refund.

4. Refund Request Form Submission

• All refund requests require the completion of a Refund Request Form. This form will be sent to you via WhatsApp or SMS after a request is made or if an event is cancelled.

• Once the form is submitted and verified, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, subject to payment provider timelines and the event organizer’s policies.

5. Non-Refundable Events

• If the event organizer has a no-refund policy, SKIPTICK INC. will not be able to process any refund requests.

6. Dispute Resolution

• In the case of disputes regarding refunds, SKIPTICK INC. advises ticket holders to contact the event organizer directly. If SKIPTICK INC. is responsible for handling refunds, we will provide support and mediation as necessary.
